Jungle carpets are a medium sized python, usually attaining not much over six feet in length.
They can sometimes be a bit tricky to get feeding as young. I have found that putting them in a small container, such as a deli cup, and introducing a fuzzy will usually work to get them feeding.
Jungle carpets do not show the adult coloration until they get to three or four feet, so it is tough to tell as neonates what they will look like as adults.
